Career Benefits:
SYSCOM offers immediate health coverage for you and your spouse and dependants for all eligible employees. You can choose from any of the Health Plans which are all Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). You pay a share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions. Dental Plan:
Maintain your winning smile with immediate coverage for eligible preventive, basic, and major dental services. You may elect for coverage for yourself and your dependants by

paying a share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions. Please check out Delta Dental for more detailed information.
 
Vision Plan:
We realize how important your eyes are and hence we provide the best eye care available. Please check out VSP for detailed vision coverage.

Life Insurance:
SYSCOM provides immediate, company-paid life insurance. The life insurance benefit is one times base salary or $50,000 whichever is lower.

Accidental Death and Disability Insurance:
SYSCOM provides immediate, company-paid insurance for Accidental Death or Disability. The insurance benefit is one times base salary or $50,000 whichever is lower.

401(K):
Planning for the future goes beyond career choices. The idea is to get your dollars working for you now so they all be there when you need them later. If you're at least 21, you become eligible for immediate enrollment in the 401(k) plan and may contribute 1-15% of compensation per pay period to a variety of mutual funds. Rollovers from qualified plans are accepted, and you may borrow from your account for any reason. SYSCOM pays all administrative and investment management fees, except for fees associated with loans.

Portfolio Planner:
Having a 401(k) makes sense, but figuring out how to make your investments work is just as important. This tool helps 401(k) participants map out their retirement goals. The interactive Portfolio Planner addresses questions such as whether you all have enough money to retire, which asset mix may be right for you, and the best investments to consider.

Annual Leave:
SYSCOM employees accrue 10 days of annual leave each calendar year. Holiday Leave. Our holiday observance schedule (we have ten paid holidays a year) creates many three-day weekends.

Sick Leave:
You'll accrue 5 days of sick leave each calendar year
